Trees are more likely than not to be boring subjects for photos. Sometimes lighting and shape come together though to make for a good picture. Here are some that I think turned out nice in large part because of the environment and not so much the tree itself. Read the rest of this entry »

Flowers are the butterflies of the plant world. They're beautiful on their own. Good lighting or an interesting angle are just bonuses. I'm a fan of backlit flower pictures where some component of the flower has as a bit of a halo. Read the rest of this entry »
